Agilent Data Import

File | Import Data Set(s) | "Import From Instrument Files | Import Agilent ch data

From .d Folders...

Use this option to import the Chemstation .ch data files. Here you must specify a list of .d folders containing the raw Agilent data.

From dx Files...

Use this option to import the chromatographic 'ch' data in OpenLab v2 .dx data files. Here you must specify a list of .dx files containing the raw Agilent data

File | Import Data Set(s) | "Import From Instrument Files | Import Agilent cg data

There are OpenLab v1 data files where you must specify a list of .d folders containing the raw Agilent data. Here the import is specific to the type of detector files to be imported.

DAD data from .d Folders...

This imports all DAD diode array detector data in the .d folders...

FID data from .d Folders...

This imports all FID flame ionization detector data in the .d folders...

FLD data from .d Folders...

This imports all FLD fluorescence detector data in the .d Folders...

VWD data from .d Folders...

This imports all VWD variable wavelength detector data in the .d Folders...

File | Import Data Set(s) | "Import From Instrument Files |"Import Agilent sd Avg Spectrum Chromatogram from .d Folders...

This imports all average spectrum chromatogram across all of the wavelengths in the acquisition, as stored in the .sd data files.

File | DAD 3D Chromatographic Spectra | "From Agilent uv/sp data in .d Folders...

Use this option to import the 3D DAD matrix from Agilent Chemstation .uv or OpenLab .sp files stored in .d folders. Here you must specify a list of .d folders containing the raw Agilent spectral data. These files will only be available if the spectra are exported.

File | DAD 3D Chromatographic Spectra |"From Agilent uv/sp data in .dx File...

Use this option to import the 3D DAD matrix from Agilent OpenLab v2 .dx files. Here you must specify a list of .dx files containing the raw Agilent spectral data. These spectra will only be available if the spectra are exported.
